i'm a connoisseur of roads. i've been tasting roads my whole life.

i wrote this for my poetry class. the assignment was to use 2 lines of iambic dimeter, 2 lines of iambic tetrameter, and 3 lines of iambic trimeter (if you don't know what that means, its not important, i promise), in any order, and to make it rhyme. so here's what i came up with, i'm pretty happy with how it turned out:

"Guttersnipe"

He perches on a garbage throne,
The prince of urban squalor.
He grinds his teeth
In silent grief,
This sovereign nightcrawler.
With greasy hands outstretched he moans,
“My kingdom for a dollar!”

anyway, that's that. i'm sure there's alot more going on in my life... nothing that important really. still trying, with the help of my mom (badass at pimping the system), to weasel more money out of the school.

it's apparently become my new thing to walk girls home. in the gentlemanly sense. sometimes i wish chivalry was actually dead, it's still clutching at my ankles from the grave.

jesse's wedding this weekend. it'll take some work, but jesse, i'll be ready to do my thing. i mean, assuming i make it over there. i may just sleep in. real real late.

man, do i love comic books. if you like comics at all, i suggest anything in the ultimate marvel series. seriously, it just got me into fantastic four. ive never been into fantastic four.

looks like i pulled a jesse and a perry here.

i suggest to anyone who hasnt seen it that you rent "My Own Private Idaho". River Phoenix and Keanu Reeves, a Gus van Sant flick, basis in Henry IV, it's solid gold. the Falstaff character is awesome.

fuck man, whatever, post post post, i got places to be.
