work blows!
so i got a call from my mom while i was at wayward today. apparently my scholarship has been revoked for this semester, which is basically bullshit, since i was never put on academic probation, or at least, never TOLD i was on it, meaning that this semester i should be on probationary status, and still be able to take classes and bring up my GPA. i'm going to have to go appeal this with UF because if they take this from me now, i have to drop out. i can't pay for classes. its just unfair to take away this scholarship with no warning, no probationary period where i know what i need to do to avoid having something like what happened today happen. are they gonna force me to drop out because i did poorly in a few classes? i guess its possible. so im gonna appeal it, but if that fails, oh well, i guess. ill just find some more work and figure shit out.
lauren and ashley helped by showing up immediately after the call with a taco and some fries they got for me. damn i missed those girls.
tilly and the wall was fantastic live. i have a huge crush on the tap dancer. i mean the other 2 chicks were pretty hot, but damn, that woman was tapping all over my heart. i was glad amy came too, i havent seen her around enough since she got back. thanks again to brian for getting me in. after the show we went to waffle house, and then to a party where the beer was warm and i didnt know many people. i basically ended up in a corner talking to aja most of the night. the house had a pretty kickin woodstove though, i was a little jealous. which reminds me, college view still hasnt fixed my bathroom. they tore the roof out thursday and i havent seen anyone since friday. this is fucked. im sick of pissing in the dark.
oh and my ipod fixed itself. i dont know how, but it just started working again. good to know something is working for me right now.
and how could i forget? ANDREW WK, AUGUST 3RD, IN ORLANDO. IT'S TIME TO PARTY.
i need some coffee. and a cigarette. and my scholarship.
