If you don't believe EVERYTHING in the Bible is true, how can you believe ANYTHING?

Over the weekend, we witnessed a wedding where the Pastor boldly stood in front of his entire congregation and stated, "Do I believe the animals actually went onto the ark two by two? Well, No."

Which leads me to wonder, if you don't believe EVERYTHING in the Bible exactly how it says it is, how can you believe a single word out of it? How can you be sure you're going to be called Home to Glory when you die if you don't believe EVERYTHING God gives you to know before you die. Where do you get your facts about your salvation if not for the Bible?

As I'm now seeing more and more, it appears there are fewer churches that teach the Bible, in it's entirety, and don't take things out and apart and only use what they want to use. How corrupt is this world today? How corrupt are these churches? How are these people being so easily lead astray? I think part of the problem is the translations of bibles that people use. The watered down, "un-offensive", "Politically correct" versions of the Bible.
