My week - IN REVERSE!
The top three best moments from last night:
#3 - Jacob suddenly realizing that it was THE Erin Capistrano from the school plays sitting across from him at dinner.
#2 - Erin giving me the Garden State ear tug signal to leave while we watched Jacob's documentary of his 24 hour bicycle race adventure. He totally overhyped the scene where his friend "caught on fire."
#1 - Adam peeking his head in past my door while my friends and I were watching a movie. He stood there for a moment staring, then informed us he was about to get in the jacuzzi... Good effort, man. Good effort.
Friday night was spent entertaining my wonderfully perverted cousin Mike. Andy, Mike, and I have decided we will someday soon gain the courage to take a field trip to our local cult, Unarius. I mean, it's so exciting to have a cult headquarters just down the street! We have to take advantage of this. Especially since this cult is awesome enough to have a car with a spaceship on its roof.
Thursday was the second half of the 8th grade preview. OLG totally needs to gain some enthusiasm. They were lacking when it came to the "cheer for the girls from your school" time. Haters.
Wednesday I went TO THE ZOO!! Woo! Kelly and I hit the whole perimeter of the zoo before Jimmy and Sarah could finally join us. Can someone please tell Jimmy to not know so much? Come on. Zoo tour guides aren't cool. Afterwards I got in a car accident then got some BBQ chicken pizza for dinner. No biggie.
Tuesday was the first half of the 8th grade preview, and the drama presentation totally rocked the little crew socks off them too cool 8th graders. One of the mothers then asked the 7 of us in cast and crew to say which college we are going to attend. AHH! Come on, lady! We are freaked enough about applications. Don't jinx us. However, we probably further rocked them by spouting off a list which included Villanova, Boston College, Yale, UCSD, and Brown.
