I want to be Little Orphan Orange the Otter Pop for Halloween. Yes, Halloween is still a month and a half away, but for those who didn't know, Halloween is the best holiday in the UNIVERSE! You are given one night to dress up as whatever you want, beg for candy, and scare the fun-sized Snickers out of 6 year-olds with smeared face paint. What could be better?
