Just a simple piece of advice: "Hey, it looks like you are gaining weight" is not an introduction to a conversation.
This is not wise, especially when a woman has been on a strict diet and workout this week that is making her slightly miserable. Or at 6AM before a morning cup of coffee. Or to someone that is NOT FUCKING FAT.
I wouldn't be dieting if I didn't need to loose 10 pounds, but I hardly think I am at a point of concern. Besides, I have not been talking about my weight (gain or diet or otherwise) to these guys, so it was not a statement based on previous comments or conversation.
It occured to me that perhaps this person thought that as a compliment and likes larger women. But considering there was no smile, and the statement was followed by a turn of his back, shrug, and "I just call it like I see it", even that excuse cannot be used.
So thank you Mr. Jackass-Supervisor-that-works-in-Assembly-Guy, you have officially annoyed the shit out of me.
