Shijima and Miharu's dad from Nabari no Ou, not AU!Aizawa, as similar as they look. It's an 'Oh you' expression, and I loved the few panels that showed that Shijima was fond of Miharu's dad. So it's basically my 'You're probably being stupid right now but I love you anyway, you dork' icon.

Vincent and Gilbert from Pandora Hearts when they were tiny and cute and not batshit insane, especially Vincent. It's both a happy icon and a bittersweet one, when you consider how the characters have changed and all. But if you don't know the characters it's just a happy and optimistic icon.
