Nina's Failing Adventures of the Day!

Our hero, Nina, wakes up early, full of energy to face of the day!
... or rather she curses the fact that she has to wake up so early, stumbles around in a daze, somehow manages NOT to break her head when she's pretty much in a zombie state.
9:00 am
Our hero goes to face off the day, ready to make all the Bureaucratic Things that require her registration for the test!
... which means she had to walk a lot, take three buses only to start, then wait in line for half an hour, then wait sitting down for twenty more minutes, all to find out that first you register online. Gee, one'd think that they'd TELL you that.
So our Brave Hero had to go all the way back to her house since she either had money to go back home or go into a cyber but not both. But okay, since by now it's
10:30
--more or less, it means our Brave Hero is hungry. Anyway, she comes back, has some cereal, and then she's Ready To Register For This Test.
And she has to answer questions like 'Did you stop studying because you were stupid, or just lazy?'
(Okay, maybe our Brave Hero is exaggerating a bit. But, you know what our Brave Hero is not doing? Working. You'd think that putting that once would be enough, not having to rephrase it four or five times, sheeze)
So finally, around--

Our Brave Hero is ready! But since she's back in the house she does some chores before going out again!

Our hero goes outside, ready to make the last step of her registration, paying for the right for the exam.
What does our hero find out?
SORRY, NINA. YOUR REGISTRATION PAYMENT IS IN ANOTHER castle BANK.
Did we mention the part where our Brave Hero walked about an hour for this? And then another extra hour to come back?
I HATE BUREAUCRACY.
