Because once, I get worried. Twice, I start getting pissy. Three times? I start getting twitchy. Four times? The cup falls down.

DEAR EVERYONE EVER IN THE WORLD.

Everyone feels sad now and then. Everyone has issues. Everyone has troubles. This isn't a 'NO ONE CARES'. No, this is a 'BE A SELFISH BASTARD AND LET THE WORLD KNOW YOU'RE FEELING MISERABLE.'

Stop waiting for someone to notice and save you. SAVE YOURSELVES BY SCREAMING. SCREAM AS LOUD AS YOU CAN. If you want to be heard? SCREAM IT. Make it everyone's business! Write it all over the walls, or make a post, add FUCKING SPARKLES TO YOUR TEXT.

If you're feeling sad and you THINK people should notice, then MAKE SURE THEY NOTICE. Go right to people's faces and tell them 'I'm feeling lonely, I'm feeling miserable, I'm feeling betrayed' ANYTHING. THESE ARE YOUR FEELINGS. It doesn't matter if you believe you shouldn't feel like that, or if you feel you have no reasons why. The fact is YOU ARE feeling miserable and sad and betrayed and alone, so OWN these feelings and make sure EVERYONE KNOWS THEM.

BE SELFISH! It's you against the world! Tell EVERYONE how they're failing you by not noticing you're drowning! SCREAM IT SO THAT PEOPLE KNOW WHAT TO DO. Most people DON'T read minds, most people are NOT able to know when it's okay to say 'I'll help' or when it's okay to go and say 'hey, you need help'. LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT HEY, IT'S OKAY TO HELP. And guess what? In most cases? PEOPLE WILL HELP.

COMMUNICATION. IT'S A WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL THING. IT'S BETTER THAN THROWING YOUR HAIR OUT OF A WINDOW AND HOPING SOMEONE WILL CLIMB UP. SCREAM SCREAM SCREAM SCREAM.

And yes, this is my 'I'M TIRED OF PEOPLE EXPECTING ME TO BE ABLE TO READ MINDS' post.
