Attempting to Study

~It seems everyone else is asleep, though Samantha, also known as Sam, knows that there could still be some students up. They aren't in the Common Room though. She is sitting in one of the chairs, yet turned the wrong way with her knees over one of the arm rests, her legs danging as her back leans against the other arm rest. She has a book in her lap, but she's not reading it. Instead, she is looking at the fire and humming, tapping one of her feet to the beat. Not exactly a ladylike pose, but comfortable. It had been worth the attempt to try and become comfortable to study "History of Magic" but the book is almost as boring as their teacher.

Finally, realizing that a fire, which isn't very interesting, is capturing her interest more than the book, she sighs and shuts it.~
