(no subject)
So I had my appointment today and I wasn't sure what they were going to be looking at, checking for, I'm only 14w4d (supposedly, according to my ultrasound from 6w5d)
I've finally started to gain weight (huzzah!) a whopping five pounds.
But the most exciting thing is I got to hear the heartbeat. *beams*
She said it was about 140 or so. That's good, I gather. :) It was very nifty.
She told me the results of the biopsy again, negative for the cancer they were afraid of, and my blood tests.
She said I was anemic and gave me a prescription for iron pills.
The last thing was she wanted to do the AFP test, but she said I'm just a few days too early, so to come back like Friday or next week for that test.
She also, in her opinion, feels my due date is off based on her numbers and because of that, she wants another ultrasound to date the pregnancy.
But, as I schedule my appointment, they're booked next week, so week after it is. June 7th. Which puts me squarely at (for now) 16w4d. GENDER TIME! *beams*
just two more weeks... come on, baby, flash the world!
