i had very good intentions with getting my haircut. if anyone didn't know? i really hate getting my haircut ... people touching my hair and judging it and just touching my hair. well i thought i would say shoulder length as opposed to 2" since people's 2" vary. well umm...my hair is a little below chin length ... not shoulder length. it looks

sending "where's my hair" sympathy your way! i learned a long time ago with my hair stylist to ask for a "nip" when i wanted a trim and a trim when i wanted it cut.

i don't know what kind of measurement they are taught in hair chopping school but i have yet to find any hair stylist whose inch is the same size as mine!!!

I'm sure your hair looks fine. I share your dislike of getting a haircut. I have a good stylist here who I've used for 10 years. I always set up my appointments with the same stylist. She knows how to cut my hair. I tip very well so I have no trouble getting appointments pretty much at my convenience. But still, when I got my hair cut last Friday, she cut off more than we discussed up front. It looks good, but is shorter than I like in the winter.
