Okay, no takers for Pirate Kitty on Craig's List yet, so I posted another ad in the "free" section. If you could repost this for me, spread the word, this kitten really really deserves a home.

Adorable Affectionate Calico Kitten - Free to Good Home (Southwest)

I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the sweetest, most affectionate, loving kitty I've ever come in contact with. She made her home on my friend's doorstep about a week and a half ago, so we've been giving her food, water, dewormer and immune building medicine, but unfortunately we're college students and can't afford the expense of another animal.

The first time I picked her up, she literally snuggled on my chest for 4 straight hours. I'm almost convinced she must've been an indoor cat who got dumped or lost somehow, because she's so people-friendly.

Here's the catch:
She might have a little upper-respiratory infection, because her right eye is a little runny. I named her Pirate because of her squint. Her health has improved significantly since we've been feeding and medicating her, however, and I'm sure she'd be fine after a little trip to the vet for some antibiotics and vaccinations.

We estimate she's about 3-4 months old, super cute calico, gets along with our cats just fine, and would be perfect for a family with a lot of love to give. Must be able to provide adequate medical care.

Please, please, consider adopting this sweet, loving little kitten who truly needs your help.
