Summer is finally over.
This summer was definetly an odd one. First summer home from college and it took me a whole to realize that everything around me had changed forever.
So my stuff is all packed up, and I'm ready to head back to SU. I can't wait. While I am going to miss the North-Shore and my friends here, I am SO ready to head back to college life in Boston. There's nothing like it..
While I'm going to miss Castle Rock, Newburyport, sleeping on Kel's floor, Long Beach, b-runs, weekends on the Cape/Vineyard, listening to Kanye with the girls and basing our whole lives around getting tan..
I am SO ready for 150 Tremont, SU, Boston Common, drunk T rides, Northeastern parties, walks up Beacon Hill, Steph's apartment, MIT frats, the 9th floor, being Justin's neighbor and the college way of life.
So with that, Summer 2004 is officially over. And while it was a summer full of realizations, in the end, it all makes sense. Summer 2004 was one of the best summers yet, and all the good times we had at home will give me enough memories to get through another 9-10 months of being far away from my favorite people in the world. Good times guys, good times.
Here's to an EVEN BETTER year at SU.
