Requiem for a tongue ring
I've been wearing the same tongue ring for 5 years. Today, after eating gnocchi and chugging a glass of water, I realized that I ate the ball of my tongue ring.
It's been a good 5 years tongue ring. A piece of you will always be with me.
...at least for a week or two.
In other news, I'm completely enjoying the single life now. The nights on the stoop have been fantastic. I've made so many new friends on Sutherland Rd recently, and now I'm moving... There's a precious few stoop nights left.
Now I gotta buy a new tongue ring...
