Tomorrow's my Big Day at the Brooklyn Museum! Wish me luck!
I got my nails done today at lunch--french manicure! I saw Kate there, which was a surprise! All the Nail Art ladies were wishing me luck. I sure hope I don't disappoint! Later, at work, I got a ding in one of my nails! I was very upset but I decided the only person who'd notice it is me.
I am excited to wear my adorable purple suit and new shoes. Auntie Athene lent me a bag that I can use as both a pocketbook and a briefcase. I can even hide a magazine in it for reading while commuting, if I so choose!
I took a bath just a little while ago--it was the first time in AGES! Lately I've been just too busy to soak in the tub--showers all the way. It was super relaxing. Sigh. I also plucked the eyebrows all nicely.
Today a terrible thing happened--I awoke with 2 pimples! I haven't had a pimple in AGES. I think it's some kind of sabotage on Heidi, Kate, and Sissy's part, trying to get me to stay at Palmers. I think they put something in my blue water bottle! I am waging war with the pimples and fortunately they seem to be going down.
My dad located a Starbucks near the museum, so if I get there REALLY early, I'll have something to do to pass the time.
I've got to go print some resumes... Hold a good thought for me!!! :-D
