CASHIERS GONE WILD!!!!
Since the school year began, I am the only "morning" cashier other than Heidi. Lately, Heidi and I have gotten pretty giddy up at the register. I will now continue my LJ entry as a screenplay.
[Two customers from the Yavneh Academy come to Heidi's register. Allison comes over to help bag the items.]
HEIDI: "Hey! I haven't scanned that yet!"
ALLISON: (laughing and taking the items out of the bag) "Sorry... I was a little... premature." (pause) "It happens to the best of us."
[Heidi and Allison are now dying of laughter. yavneh Academy has no idea what's going on. Next, Gregg from Castle Productions comes up. Allison makes a point of waiting until Heidi scans the items.]
ALLISON: (obviously) "Have you scanned this one yet???"
HEIDI: (still laughing) "Yes."
ALLISON: (bagging the merchandise) "Was it as good for you as it was for me?"
GREGG: "I'm not even going to ask!!"
