Back in October, my Brooklyn Museum colleagues threw me a very nice farewell party and they presented me with some cool gifts. Frame it with (plexi)glass on both sides. Tricky, but theoretically doable. You'll have to have to use poster/puzzle glue to stick it to one side (to prevent sags and wrinkles). Then you can hang it on the wall with the painting side out but the knowledge that you can always flip it over to see the messages on the back. Or you could hang it away from the wall (on a stand or from the ceiling) so that both sides are viewable.

Actually, if you Google "double sided poster frame" you'll find some options. Mostly, they're meant for advertising (window displays and such) and they can get kind of expensive, but, at the least, it'll give you some ideas.

You could get something like this or this (though I'm not certain that's double-sided) or this or this or see what these guys can do or... plenty of other options. (Though some are meant for two posters rather than a single double-sided poster... but these guys sell framed double-sided posters, so maybe they can help...)
