What the fucking fuck....indeed!
How does this kid get away with all this shit? Tonight at 8 he's wants to go home early. His reason being.....
I did both fryers, 2 slicers, pulled outdates, filled out front and did a bunch of extra stuff. 'The Hobbit' midnight premiere is tonight. I'm sure that this is why he wanted to go. 3 and 1/2 hours early? Really dude? Really? I don't have the authority to let him leave. That has to be an LOD (leader on duty) I told him NO many times. I finally was like......"Fine go. Whatever but talked to an LOD first." He did and she of course said it was OK.
Oh and the other reason he wanted to leave was because he had already worked and 80 hour week between his 3 jobs. It was not 80 hours. Not ever CLOSE! And he goes and makes the choice to work 2 other jobs, so don't fucking come and complain that you're tired. You fucking brought this on yourself.
So right after he leave, I of course I get a huge rush on the slicer. Along with finding a ton of stuff that he didn't get done, that he said he did. How the fuck does he still have a job there, with as many times as he's been written up for shit like this. I'm so fucking tired of being the one getting stuck and dumped on when stuff like this happens. The next time we close together, I'm to leave early. I'll do all this extra shit and say I'm tired then ask to leave.
I'm so frustrated with him. You can do whatever the fuck you want there and still have a job. Unless you get caught stealing. I'm beyond caring. The next time we work together I'm either calling in "sick" or finding a way to leave early.
