Out came the sun!
Sitting here on the deck enjoying the sunshine! I have my Blink 182-My Chemical Romance playlist keeping my company!
Yesterday was such a great day! It started out with lunch my friend Nicole for her birthday! She didn't let me pay "don't worry about it" she said to me. We went to Panera Bread which I love! neither of us had been there in a long time. She and I had a really good talk about guy stuff. I saw Nicole on Sunday because she was in shopping with our other friend Cathy. I had to call Zane over because we had an issue with a price change. I sort of made an "O" face in Nicole's direction *giggles* so yesterday I of course had to mention Zane to her. She told me that she also thought that he was rather cute ;) she likes her boss too so she understand. It was just fun gushing about him with someone other than people I work with. I wish that we had tine to get together like this more. I really miss times lime this! :-(
So after drinking WAY to much iced tea at lunch I really didn't want to go home. I sat in my car in the driveway trying to figure out how to sync my music on my iPhone with my car. For some reason it finally clicked. It now plays through my Bluetooth wirelessly! It's so damn cool! I had it for a little bit where it would show the track artist and song title but now I can't. I don't really care about that. I'm just glad that I don't have to have my phone docked on my charger to play music now!
Of course then, still hyper from too much iced tea, I went driving Aron d town with my real plan. Playing music directly through my car and not through the radio is breathtaking! The sound is 100 times better! I was in love all over again! I walked around the mall for a bit. Ended up at Khols buying underwear :-p
Then it was home for a little while. I was home in time for happy hour! :-D this being wine starting at like 4:30. I wasn't going to have any seeing as I was going out at like 7 to see Pirates 4 with Quin from work. I ended up having 2 glasses before I ate :-p why? Cause I'm a wine-o ? And it was free? I think maybe yes. ;-) but I had some chicken on a salad and I was pretty much fine.
So I met up with Quin at 7 for Pirates 4 in 3D! seeing as there was no William Turner I wasn't as excited to see it. Not going to lie. But Captain Jack stole a bit of my heart this time! I think it was because there was no William my attention was directed to Jack ;-) it was good but not as good as the first one.
Then I came home to hang up the Sucker Punch Babydoll poster I bought. I will say it again. If I where ever "swing" that way I would for her. It's on the back of my bedroom door. ;) TMI perhaps?
I've done nothing today other than a little laundry, going through my summer clothes because I can't shut my drawer anymore. I get so attached to clothes, emotionally that is, that this is always hard for me to do. I showered and hen called the dealership yet again about the 2 new tires they promised me. Again they tell me that they're looking into it and will get back to me. Have they? Nope. I am THIS close to driving and talking to them about this issue in person.
Tonight it's Old Chicago with people. It's sort of become a Sunday and weds night tradition. It's normally drinks some food and lots of laughs! I usually closing and getting here late. But seeing as Joey is working for me I'll get there when everyone else does! :-D they're so much more fun outside of work!
This weather could not be more perfect!
