the weekend so far randomness
~ Why is it that cosmetic companies feel the need to discontinue our favorite colors? You find the perfect shade and POOF! It's gone!! *cries*
~ Parents 50th wedding anniversary party is a week from today. I am just now starting to stress out a bit. Now about the party itself but the cleaning thing. Do I take down my music posters so my 50 year old cousin doesn't think I am a freak? I am leaning towards not. Don't care what she thinks. Have seen her like 3 times in the last like 15 years.
~ I know that, as long as I can stay away from the family members I clash with, the day will go fine.
~ Mom now has a bit of the flu. Hope she is feeling better before the party.
~ Cleaning out ones closet of unwanted clothes is like shopping in your own closet! I found clothes that I forgot I had that still had tages on them! Got rid of a bunch though. Thought I needed to buy more hangers. Don't have to now. :-P
~ J worked last night but didn't get to talk to him. :-(
~ Friday I got to see T the bass player former security guy, for a second. That was great! Still so cute!
~ It's cool and rainy today. Feeling rather emo. :-(
~ Have decided that I need to start taking like $20 from each paycheck and put it in my savings. The talk about the bad economy is starting to scare me.
~ Fall alergies SUCK!!
~ Am hoping that The Twins can win the series with The Royal and that the White Sox continue to lose.
~ Lost HUGE last night but am hoping that we win the next 2. But we swept The White Sox YEAH!! Playoff here we come!!
~ Am liking Facebook even without J friending me back yet. I found a lot of people from work and H.S. there last night!
~ Work tomorrow. Short day. Then off 2 days. Getting my roots touched up on Monday. Need to make a manicure appointment then.
