If there's one thing I really can not stand, it is when I find out that there is something wrong with one of my friends, but not what exactly it is that is wrong. Example. Today Jamie called me to see if I could work tonight. Originally Cody was supposed to work. I thought this was a bit strange because Cody never calls out. He is definately a super-employee. Much like Superman. Without the muscles and speed and such. Point is, he never misses work. Usually he pulls in overtime actually. So of course I am curious as to WHY Cody is not working. Jamie tells me that he does not know, but Cody called him on his way to the hospital in an ambulance. But that's all he told me!!! Now I'm a little concerned. I want to know why Cody is going to the hospital, if he's okay, if he was going for someone else, basically I want to know what is wrong with him!!! All day it has been bothering me. I want to know if he's alright, but I don't want to call him for many reasons. First, as far as I know, you can not use a cell phone in the hospital, patient or visitor. Second, he obviously couldn't answer if there is something seriously wrong with him. Third, if he doesn't answer, I still won't know whats wrong with him and calling will have gotten me no where except more concerned. I wish Jamie had told me what was wrong with him. I think I'll probably end up calling him tomorrow and hope that he's okay. I really hope he is. Cody's one of my favorite people, and I really don't want anything to be wrong with him. I also wish I could know what's going on so I could stop worrying about if he's going to ever be okay again.
So far my theories are that he either slipped on some ice and broke something, his pitbull attacked him, he got in a car accident, or one of his FRIENDS got hurt and he was just going along as support since his friend's family is in Missouri. Personally, I'm hoping for the latter.
Anyways, I just had to say that. I'll update later, as soon as I find out what's going on. In case anyone cares.
