H-dub football!
So, school in a nutshell:
- AP US History will be a bit of a challenge. We have to read from this uber-boring textbook a lot, but we had an easy quiz on Thursday. A bunch of people I know are in that class :D
- AP Stats is actually... kind of easy right now. We'll see how long that lasts when I take my first quiz on Wednesday.
- Film and Lit is definitely my fav. class so far! We just finished watching Crouching Tiger; Hidden Dragon and I enjoyed it very much. Plus, we can sneak food in there to eat during movies >3
- Newspaper is just... geez. Ugh. So many problems. But I'm writing two articles this issue about football and kids parking in a nearby neighborhood (which has become a problem). Gotta write the football one this weekend.
- AP English may be my most challenging class yet, actually. The same teacher for this class does Film and Lit as well, and she's pretty cool. We're studying rhetoric. Whee.
- Small business and entrepreneurship was gonna be my most awesomest class ever (because we only have like 12 kids in the class, and the teacher admitted he wouldn't work us hard at all), but now he told us that our 'class project' is to do a DECA role-play AND written project. Seriously un-cool. I did the exact same thing last year (but just a written project, 30 pages by myself) and it was pure torture. I didn't even sign up for this class!! (long story)
In other news, Hopewell beat Myers Park today 13-0! YAY! ♥
