Menthol goodness
I have officially christened the last year of my 20's with my first time use of Bengay. I felt like my shoulder was a little out of socket and it was pinching a nerve. When I complained of this condition, Roy excitedly told me about the cure-all, Bengay! When I informed him that I am not a 43 year old athlete, he refused to listen and forced the deep heating cream onto my shoulder. I couldn't decide if it felt good or if it felt like he was rubbing acid into my skin.
This dislocated shoulder could have occurred at the water park, where I sustained another injury. My brain was sloshed around in my skull after hitting my head on an evil water slide. Turns out that I am not a bendy, flexible teenager anymore. I didn't remember the next 20 minutes and I kept asking the same question over and over again while roaming the water park with crazy eyes.
Sigh. I am old.
