evansville trip
Am going to Evansville today with my Tori, to do prom dress shopping and get books out of the library. I guess it won't surprise you to know that I keep a list in my notebook of the books I want, and as I get each item I cross it off. Fortunately I am less meticulous about dresses and tend to just try on anything that looks like it might A) fit and B) not make me look whaleish or consumptive.
However, this is my first time driving there without Mommy or Daddy in the next seat giving directions. That's sort of the point of taking Tori--she is extra eyes to see exit signs and extra hands to hold hastily-scribbled directions. Thanks Tori! Totally not using you at all.
