MLK Weekend and beyond

Random events from last Thursday until now:

--Went to see Cloverfield at midnight.  It was hard to watch, as the crazy handicam action attempted to make me ill.  No spoilers, so I'll simply say that my guess for what the monster was was half right, if you consider the smaller things.
--Finally got around to my snail photographs that I've put off since Thanksgiving break, although some were  indecipherable.  I am not looking forward to analyzing that data in lab.  Ack.
--Went out to Bucceto's for dinner with Kristen, Kirsten, Woodsmall, and Shelby.  Yummy times.  Too many "K" names.
--We started learning the dances for IU Sing last night.  (Who knew I was a show-choiry girl at heart?) And despite how horrible it probably was, the steering committee gave us abundant compliments.
--Ran into Mel the other day and distracted her on the clock.  So we arranged to meet up today and caught up, which was nice.
--Got tested for TB, because apparently I haven't given up on the Peace Corps yet.  Almost done with you, Medical Clearance, almost done...
--Tomorrow is dinner at Steph's house.  Which is always great because she is an amazing cook, and makes delicious vegetarian things, and those girls rock.

So does Natasha, she's a great roommate.  And it's funny because we're on almost an exactly fine-tuned sleeping scheule to each other, even on weekends.  I think there's been 2 days since school started that we've been off.   I like having inherited Lauren and Caitlin as roommates with her, as they're people I wouldn't have gotten to know as well otherwise.
