Haley's 1/2 birthday, and in which I am a pushover

Why can't I just say no to people when they ask me to drive them to a place that's an hour away?  For one, I didn't know it was so far away at the time, but still...so I have to do that in 2 hours, and I don't want to.  [edit: I grew a backbone, and got out of it, and she's still getting where she needs to go, so I don't even have to feel bad.]

We celebrated Haley's half birthday yesterday.  Obviously, we will use any excuse to go out.  We went into Berryville for pizza, then to the "liquor store" to get things to make sex on the beach with, but it was really just a convienance mart thingy and they didn't have what we needed.  Upon our return we played Pit, ("I remember it being a lot more fun than this," -Missy) and more "Scatty-Catties."  Missy's story about her "cat, deep" nearly killed us all, as most of us couldn't even breathe for laughing so hard.

I also looked up the books I need for fall semester.  Even at the used price for every book, it would be $375.  So I ordered everything online, and saved myself $181, which is nearly half.  Victory is mine.  With some of that $181, which I didn't really "save" since I still had to spend as much on textbooks, I still used the opportunity to buy myself some Chacos, which I've been wanting for like 2 years.  Hurrah.
