Alright, let's see if I can finally update...haha.
So much has gone on that I'll probably shave a lot off...
They let me go back to school. I dropped my second class, fell below half-time, and they took all of my financial aid away (and my loans went into repayment). So I had to come up with like $5000 extra dollars (because I have that kind of money just laying around). I panicked for maybe a day, and then I got over it...
Now I'm working to add two more 1 credit classes before the deadline (I've gotta get signatures and petition the board, but I think it'll work out) so that I can be half-time again...then I'll have to go to financial aid and get that straightened out so I can have my $3000 back...and then I'll have to get my loans back into deferment. So I won't owe anymore money :)
Which means I'll be able to work on paying off my cards. Though if there's one thing this false loan-repayment has taught me, it's that I've got a LOT of debt...so I'm going to start paying on my perkins loans, too...(those are $100/month, my private loans are $750/month, and my federal loans are $275/month, all for at least the next ten years). It'll work out, I just need to be smarter about it.
Work is okay. I know I complain a lot, but I do like my job. I even like most of the people some of the time. It's just all this gossip that's always going around...I wish people would grow up and quit acting like they're mental or something.
I've got a date tonight...it's with a guy I used to work with that I was originally supposed to go out with forever ago..I might've mentioned it on here back in the day...there was some phone tag involved, he never called back, I never called him, so now it's happening and I'm nervous, but not super excited.
Because I met a boyy :) He lives in Portland (OR), he's going to be 26 this year, he's crazy funny, and actually a good guy (he's Lexa's finace's best friend from childhood, and the best man in their wedding). I'm not sure where it's going to go, but I am willing to take it one day at a time and find out :)
Anyway, I think I'm going to go get my tan on...just figured I'd take a moment to update.
Oh, family. Currently my brothers are sick, Monica's in Ohio for her co-op with Honda, Dad's okay (very mean for awhile, but he's starting to act normal again), Mom's had a few moments of crazy, but she's good, too.
I started therapy again on Thursday, so we'll see how that goes...so far I go every Thursday.
