Okay, what makes me a good candidate for study abroad?

And I'm being serious.

thankfully as I am in the middle of typing out the longest email ever and I need a change of pace.

Here are some reasons that make you a good candidate.

1) Your love of the French language and culture. I'd add that a professor who hails from France enhanced your interest greatly.

2) Your ability to adjust to new surroundings. You have been through the culture shock of going away to college and are now more mature and better equipped to handle changes in your lifestyle no matter how radical.

3) Your discipline. Not meant to be a joke. You obviousy were disciplined enough to get the grades to get into a highly competitive, elite *GAK!* univeristy. No small feat there.

4) Your open mindedness and interest about learning about other cultures. That may sound like alot of jive but not everybody is that way. I'm certainly not, being the America-centric type that I am. I'm actually Western Europhobic, come to think abut it!

I actually do believe you are a good candidate for overseas study and those are 4 quick reasons why I believe that. Just so you don't think I am BSing you here.

Leave it to one from the Harvard of the Midwest to answer this "oh so hard"
question for one from Wolverine High. We don't sit around and overthink........we REACT!
