I like canon Duo. He's a sweet kid. He's funny, he's friendly, and his heart is in the right place. Plus, he has some pretty nifty gadgets.

Duo Maxwell. Sometimes Kid or Boss, depending on who is addressing him.

I think he could be BFFs with any of the younger characters, and with several of the older ones (e.g., Howard, Rashid). Romantically, I prefer him with either Hilde or Quatre. Or maybe Lady Une for some really bizarre hatesex.

Could I borrow your cane helicopter?
8. What do you want to do to this character?
I think he'd make a good politician. His commitment to making a difference and his intolerance for bullshit would be a refreshing change.
9. What's your favorite quote by this character?
After Relena stops him from shooting Heero: "Great! How come I ended up as the bad guy here?"
I like that one because a) it's funny in context and b) it shows that Duo needs to see himself as the good guy, and he mostly is.
