Time for the movies/books update.
Movies (if I can remember half of them):
123. Casino Royale - loved it. Love Daniel Craig. Can't wait for more. :D
124. The Fountain - Honestly, it was a pretty movie, but I still couldn't tell you what it was about - not exactly anyway.
125. Casanova - the Heath Ledger version. Was ok - only watched it so there ( Read more... )

Daniel Craig - I wonder how many people switched their opinion of him after watching Casino Royale - I mean from "That guy is FUG!" to "OMG SO HOT". There were tons of haters in ONTD. I've loved him since Layer Cake.

I feel the same way about the Fountain. It didn't explain anything well, but it was so pretty.

Casanova - blah. If you get the chance (and can find it) I recommend the BBC tv version of it with David Tennant. So much prettier than Heath Ledger.

Book of Love - a "happily" married couple befriends a lonely teenager who then seduced the wife. It was so weird.

Charlaine Harris is from Mississippi! (My state :D)

Night Pleasures is like the first one in that series I think. It's where whatshername meets the Dark Hunter for the first time. It wasn't so bad, so I think I'll be checking out the rest of them.

I'm also one for reading multiple series at once. I just finished the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon(sp?) and am in the middle of the Sookie Stackhouse, Ender, Anita Blake, and Harper Connelly series. I even have a printed list of these books so I don't read them out of order. I'm a nerd. :D

And yeah, I LOVE Henry. Walter bugs me. Henry is such a cutie. (Plus I'm a big Christopher Gorham fan!)

>Daniel Craig<
I don't think I ever thought he was "fug"... I mean, I can't resist those eyes. :) Tee hee, The Jacket was on the other night, and the scene that I flipped channels through was one with (Rudy) Mr. Craig in it.

Dr. Lorenson: How are we doing today?
Rudy Mackenzie: For me... that is a really difficult question Dr. Laurenson, because the world around me is *shrinking*... and the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are comin' to see me today, and they're not bringing flowers which... just makes it real difficult to get organized.

I caught a bit of Layer Cake the other night, but I was in the middle of house tasks, etc. I had seen various parts flipping through cable, so I watched the beginning to a part I saw, ran off to do dishes or laundry or whatnot, and then came back to watch the movie when that part was over. I still haven't seen ALL of it though.

>I feel the same way about the Fountain. It didn't explain anything well, but it was so pretty.<
*sigh* Yeah... and that smooch in the tub. I believe there was some tongue involved. Tee hee. Still, I think Hugh should get himself an Oscar nod for that one. :)

>Casanova/BBC tv version of it with David Tennant<
Yay... David Tennant. I love him so much. Love him mostly for Doctor Who... loved him even more when I heard his natural Scottish brogue. Goodness, I think he did a show called Blackpool? - with Sarah Parish. I love her muchly, too, but she's just not in enough for me. (She was fabulous in The Wedding Date).

>Book of Love - a "happily" married couple befriends a lonely teenager who then seduced the wife. It was so weird.<
Ah yes, the storyline is familiar now. I remember trying to watch it... and I just... couldn't. (And I like weird stuff, too.)

>Charlaine Harris is from Mississippi! (My state :D)<
Woot! I think I like the Sookie books more than the Grave books... but still. The next Sookie book is due out soon, I can't remember when though. *squee*

>Night Pleasures is like the first one<
Hm, the Kyrian or Kyran guy gets locked in the closet with the chic who's mistaken for her Vamp-hunting sister? There's one novel where there's just an obscene amount of sex in my opinion, but then again, the books are banking on the vamp-erotica/romance sex novel stuff. Still, they are a good read when you have the time. So are the Dark Lover books by Ward?.

>I just finished the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon(sp?)<
Really? I've only read the first one and am currently stuck in the middle of the second one. I so need to get my reading ass in gear.

>in the middle of the Sookie Stackhouse, Ender, Anita Blake, and Harper Connelly series.<
I'm current with Sookie, Anita and Harper... but not Ender. Ender, at the moment, is low on my "must read" list, but it's there.

>I even have a printed list of these books so I don't read them out of order. I'm a nerd. :D<
Oh yeah? I've made a spreadsheet. Beat that. :P LOL!

>And yeah, I LOVE Henry. Walter bugs me. Henry is such a cutie. (Plus I'm a big Christopher Gorham fan!)<
Yeah, Walter bugs me, too... ever since he dumped her and assumed that she'd take him back. And so what if he said he'd TRY and understand her Manhattan life. She doesn't FEEL that way for him anymore. She needs to break up with him. (And I'm behind a bit or missed some of an episode. Did she say yes to Sofia to work at her magazine? Is that why she's leaving Mode?)

So many shows that I watch... sometimes it's hard to keep all the storylines straight. :P
