The movie IPO of the day on
HSX is Ant Man.
Description:
The Marvel comic property Ant Man will become a feature film. Dr. Hank Pym discovers a liquid that evaporates into gas and changes the size of a man into that of an insect. When his self tests go awry, Dr. Pym has to create an instrument that can control insects. Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead) will direct and co-script with Jim Cornish.
Okay. As much as I like most of these comic-book-to-movie adaptations, you'd think they could find something better than Ant Man. Of course, I've never read any Ant Man comics. They could be totally awesome for all I know. But Ant Man? *shakes head*
The person I bought the Sims 2 Uni from on eBay is giving me a refund for the defective game. Now I think I just may go buy it from WalMart or something - that way I can easily return it if it doesn't work.
Has anyone seen a tv show called "Hex"? BBC America will start showing it next week. It looks like something I'd like, but I don't want to waste my time if it sucks. BBC America would be such a great channel if it'd get rid of all those Changing Rooms or What Not to Wear shows. I swear they're on for like 5 hours a day! Show Doctor Who or that new Torchwood show that should be starting sometime this fall I think. Anything besides shit like Changing Rooms. No offense if you actually like that show. I just think it's stupid.
I'm totally loving that Viva Blackpool show/miniseries/wtfever. It's so completely insane and random - love it. It's mostly a crime drama, but they randomly break out into song and dance. It needs to be on DVD like now.
