I'm like the only person in this fandom who's not excited for this lol.
I mean, ok, look. Everyone should be excited, new canon is typically always exciting. But a) I'm fed up with JKR constantly dropping new information (some of it badly thought out) and fandom treating everything she ever says as absolute canon and b) I've grown so attached to both fanon and my personal headcanon of the NextGen over the YEARS since canon has been, tbh, closed...that I'm kind of loath to part with them.
