Re-tagging
So! I just found out that since the last time I looked, LJ has developed a way to delete/rename tags. This is very awesome. I've now deleted the tags that were "accidental" or had gone out of use. Now that the basic cleaning is done I'm thinking of revamping my tag system a bit, just to make things a little neater since I have so MANY tags. Initially, I thought of doing:
Fandom: Name
Paring: X/Y
Character: First Last
However, I feel like with posts with multiple tags of this sort (mainly rec lists but others too) this could get bulky and confusing. I could mark it as:
F: Name
P: X/Y
C: First Last
Somehow I don't like this less explicit form. I'm probably being stupid becasue um I'm not really that popular for tons of people t go browsing through my tags but...IDK. What do you think would be better/easier/more practical/whatever? Anything else? Should I just leave my het/slash/gen/fem tags just hanging out there of should I put !het/!slash/!gen/!fem so they rise to the top of the list?
