I can't just post the pictures without telling her story. She was born on Windward Oahu and sold to a pet store, where a police officer bought her. He and his wife already had an adult cat name Mischief, and Mischief did NOT like the new kitten, and beat her up a bit. That was the least of her problems though

Yeah, that piece of crap did not deserve to have any animals at all. The adult Kitty is not even 7 pounds, so you can imagine how tine the 10 week old Kitty was when he did that. Apparently more than once. The Kitty always greets me at the door when I come home...unless she's really in a deep sleep! *l*

Right after I took that crouching tiger, hidden kitty poic, she attacked!

She probably would have been able to take him on in her younger days. At almost 15, she is past her fighting prime. She terrorized many kitties who were much larger back when she was a young kitty. She has probably been the best fighter of all the kitties I've ever had with the exception of the Russelkit.

She is beautiful! And that's such a wonderful story. I'm so glad you posted the pictures; calicoes are so gorgeous. I desperately want one; unfortunately, we are all filled up with cats. Gah! Calico envy!

Hee, I am very partial to calicoes, although she's the only one I've had. She even has calico spots inside her mouth. *g* How many kitties do you have now? I am sure you'll come along a calico in your life...its inevitable with your penchant for collecting kits. Or do they collect you? *g*

Okay, for some reason, I always pictured Miss Kitty as black. But calico is lovely!!!

And I totally want to see Fuzz and Miss Kitty side by side. Fuzz is about 13 lbs :)
