I've been looking forward to moving up to Seattle for months and months, but now that the time is nearly arrived to pack up my car and make the trip, my heart is filled with the bittersweetness of moving. Reguardless of how excited and confident I am that this move is the right thing to do, the next step in my life, I am sad for what I have to leave behind. I am going to miss the people and the places that have become a home to me in san diego as well as my friends and family surrounding my childhood home is woodland hills that I won't be able to visit nearly as much.
Ok, ok, I'm sure you guys are sick of the sentimental bullshit, but honestly guys, I'm gonna miss everyone so much! You all have to come visit me up in Seattle! Now here's my quasi-solid itinerary in case anyone cares...
Tuesday- tomorrow I will empty my final belongings from my San Diego House and clean my vacant room. Then I will drive up to los angeles either mid afternoon or at night to avoid the traffic.
Wednesday- my dad is getting the day off of work so that we can spend some time together before I move.
Thursday- visit with friends from highschool or whoever wants to hang out before I take off for Seattle.
Friday- load up my honda civic with the bare necessities- as much as will fit and drive up to Exeter to meet up with Bill
Saturday- Bill's aunt is throwing a graduation barbecue for both college and kindergarten grads.
Sunday- Driving up to My grandma Shirley's house in Stockton to spend the afternoon and night with her.
Monday- Visit my grandpa Lee in the Nursing home in the morning, then take off for Seattle. We'll probably end up stopping somewhere in Oregon for the night.
Tuesday- Start out early in the morning to reach Seattle as early as possible----from here its still kind of up in the air. We'll either be staying with some KKY brothers from Gamma or renting a cheap hotel/motel room.
From there we'll check out some apartments and apply for jobs and depending on move-in date, we might go visit Bill's godmother in Walla Walla for a little while we're waiting to be able to move into our apartment.
Busy Busy Busy...
