So, I'm trying to strip a door. I'd estimate that fully half its current thickness is paint and shellack.
And I'm using, I dunno, Sacred Yoni Brand Planet-Healthy Wood Stripper or something. It's made of tofu paste and coarse-ground quartz crystals and chanting or some other woowoo crap.
And it's sorta working, but really s l o w l y.
I'd rather be using the heavy-duty, incredibly caustic stuff that's bad for everything but gets the goddamn job done. You know-- the stuff that's made of evil chemicals and has "Tumor Enhancers" listed as a main ingredient. And it's 'cautionary statement of dangerous shit' label is basically a little cartoon Devil eating a baby and it says stuff like "Persons using this product should refrain from breathing on asthmatics and old people for at least 72 hours" and stuff like that.
That stuff works. It'll strip the shit off of shit, seriously.
