spam and a query
So I've been working hard on the Round Robin Legacy. I estimate I'm about a third of the way through my gen, slow progress because my simming time has been being eaten up in large chunks by Ali's Miss America over at the Oasis. But thankfully I've been eliminated from that, so more time for legacy-ing! However my sim-making fingers have been itching, and so much excellent content has come out in the last little bit, that I had to take time out over the week and make some people.
Firstly, Marloe. At the moment, she's a townie, but if I ever find time to play her she'll be a caustic witch in the style of Thessaly from the Sandman comics. Somewhere under all that hair is a pair of pointy ears, too.
Next up is Harrison. I originally made him as a b-day giftie for Brooke, but then decided he wasn't good enough for that. However upon seeing him in game I'm liking him more and more, so give us a yell if you want him, Brookles! He likes to think he's cool, but is a bit of a doofus really :D
Annnd Julius, made like Marloe to correct an egregious lack of pointy-eared Neontownies.
Lastly, this one isn't mine at all but Brooke's - she's one of the prizes I won in that Emotion contest over at the Oasis. I adore her and have named her Hunter.
Sorry 'bout the plain images and, you know, general lack of anything interesting from me this last little bit. I'm hoping to get my stint on the Round Robin done, and a few sims uploaded (I've promised Atticus for one, and am hoping to get my RRL founder candidate up too) sort of soonish, this is sort of an "I'm not dead" type postie...
Additionally, I have a question for all you sim-sharing type of people out there. I've longtime mostly avoided popping other folks' sims in my game, mostly because I can't help making them over and I'm terrified their creators will hate what I've done with them. Rather trivial in the long view, I know. But still, enquiring minds want to know - how do you all feel about folk using your sims? Do you like it when people leave them as they are, or when they put their own twist on them, or like it when they put a little twist on them but get weirded out when they turn black sims white or alien sims human, or couldn't you care less because EEE! someone else is using your sim?!
