It's that time again....

Yesterday, Lilben and I went to get the pumpkins. The farm is about an hour or so drive from here. He absolutely loves this tradition!..We finally got to talk and yukk it up for most of the day...I had all these visions in my head about making a picture post of the pumpkin pikking but, AFTER it was all over, I realized that I had left my camera in the truck...I promise, I'll take some of the actual scooping and carving tho....

My gut feels better since Friday.....The Doc I went to on Friday said that I can probably control this diverticular condition I have by just watching what I eat. Now that I recall what I've eaten since this latest spaz started, it's no surprise to me that I brought it on....The young kid at work has been bringing flavored sunflower seeds for us to snack on...DUH!!!, guess what's first on the list of restricted foods I'm not supposed to eat...SEEDS!!!...I guess I kinda forgot about my condition since I hadn't had any ill feelings from it since 2001...Not to mention the second item on the list..NUTS!!...I had 2 nutty covered candy apples last weekend!!...I just have to be more aware of what I'm puttin' down there....

Next weekend is the scooping and carving...Imma try and remember the camera...
