OK...so I slipped a little
I just got home from seein' L.Ben and his g/f off to a dress-up affair at the school...You know, ties for the guys, flowers for the cuties....He even washed his car..The picture takin' went on at one of the friends' house so, Cindy and I and Kristen went over there...We finally got to meet Ben's girlfriends' parents. I thought it was kinda nice that the parents showed an interest.... oh, and they seemed kool too!
Work's been only slightly hectic lately...We had a few icy/snowy days around here, and I would have thought that we'd see more work than has actually showed up....I dunno, maybe they're all still doin' insurance bullshit....
The lady and I are becoming close friends....with NO sexual tension...I swear, I've never had this kind of a relationship...It's warm-n-fuzzy....not hot....go figger..
I pretty much love my new car!!...I'm real comfy with it now...I still try and run the '83 buss about once a week back and forth to work but, it's SO nice to come out in the morning and NOT have to cross your fingers that your car wont break and leave ya at the mercy of public transportation...
