Are you talkin' about me? Because we all know I like to drink. It's because I have a little man in my head who catalogs all the alcohol I have in my refridgerator, and then suggests all the different, tasty ways that I could mix it together into delightful cocktails.

oh, yeah - i'm serving at pf changs. if a table orders a bottle, i have to take it and present it and be all formal about it and do all of that pretentious wine crap. i found one today at overton and vine, which was lucky because i had to do 2 bottles tonight. the first time i did it i think i fucked some stuff up (really stupid stuff, like placing the cork in a weird spot or touching the glass in the wrong place.) the old people were tryign to correct me on my presentation. even though they were really nice about it, it was so incredibly pointless and stupid. ....yeah.
