CHIK-EN ONE FIDDY!
ok once again I havent updated in a month...once i dont update for like a week I never feel like writing a whole entry to fill everyone in. so lets seee? uhhh, summer so far has been pretty good I guess..kind of a blur. NC and Myrtle Beach were awesome, good times with the fam, i think i have more inside jokes with them then I do with some of my friends. But what can I say, people down there are just entertaining I guess. "WUDDYA LIKE SUM CHI-KEN WIT DAT?" oh! and on the 4th we got to light firewrks, it was SO cool. There were ppl setting them off EVERYWHERE, it looked so amazing. Anne and I ran around getting flashlights and lighters for adam and two dudes that were setting them off, meanwhile my aunt and hannah were up on our balcony watching for "the fuzz" as livs would say. It was awesome. oh! and my two year old cousin called my aunt a "dumb bitch". She tried to convince my nana that she had heard wrong. what else? oh and my mum, anne, and I took a road trip to visit UNC and Duke while the bro was at camp. We had a bit of a spaztic day. I locked the keys in the car, my mum tripped up the stairs, anne couldnt figure out how to work a door....im thinking that college made us all stupider. It was fun.
Basically just been hanging out since then, olivia finally got her lisence...hung out with emily, ariella, heather, molly, keegan, john and andrew (peeps that wrk @ camp with em and molls) which was funnn. oh and we met up with jackie for ice cream where emily and i got the ice cream dude incredibly confused. were high-maintenance when it comes to ice cream I guess.
Noor and I are volunteering @ the DNC (call mauricio, were being all politically active n' stuff). We got stationed @ a hotel across from the pru, which is pretty cool but were kinda scared. If ur at a hotel you have to give directions...I've lived here forever, but I still cant tell ya how to get..well...anywhere. so yes, we should be incredibly helpful! Everyone else is trying to get away from boston for that week, we'll be there on the T with the 40,000 tourists! WOO HOO! But still, it'll b with noor so it'll be awesome!
