That's just-

If they're not human, but they treat others nicely, how can that make them bad? Could there be a part of them still human, too?

Even if they hurt others... maybe, just maybe.

It's not that hard to understand. Humans tend to reject or otherwise eliminate those who are different or superior to them.

No, they don't. But it's not that humans destroy them out of hatred. If these "different and superior beings" lived among society, they would pose a danger to normal lives.

Though, given this society's populace, one would expect a change in attitude about it. I guess it would only apply to those who do actually threaten lives.

Movements to remove non-humans will always remain. As for said non-human's threats, that depends on their own personality.
