this weekend i stood up to my parents.
i said
im going to the beach this weekend...with john and some friends.
they freaked out.
but i am 19 not 15.
i cannot help if they have protected me to the extent that i dont pay for a sole thing in life.
that is not my choice and its not exactly the way i want things to be anymore.
wich is why i am standing up for things i feel i am able to do to gain for responsibility and independance. first step was to say hey guys i think im gonig to decide where i sleep at night is that cool? sounds silly to most of you. but when your parents dont like the idea of you doing half the things you do (and lie to them) its a big deal.
it actually felt good to not have to come home and make up a whole event that never took place.
anyways.
i work all week. booo.
and john is leaving fr 2 weeks.
and im reall upset by it.
