Well, that may be so, but it's also possible she's not innocent, just that she's not a Baskerville. Perhaps the rat? There's no way of knowing that. I assume that when the clue was given, it was about a Baskerville, though.
Rangiku-chan... I don't want to think it's her, but it's still possible. Even so, she did give up the name of who she voted for in the first suspicion poll.
All I know is that I don't really want to vote for Rangiku-chan, since I... sort of know her. Not well, but better than the other three. That doesn't mean I know who my vote will be for.
