On another note, Minister, while I do understand that there is a grieving process involved in losing a staunch employee and I daresay a good friend, we all must begin to move on at some point. I'm certain you're aware how difficult it is to fill Asa's shoes, and the demands of doing both his job and my own are starting to wear just slightly.
I've taken the liberty of drafting an advert for the position to be posted internally and in the Prophet's employment pages. I leave it up to your discretion to make any necessary alterations and give the order for distribution.
