Day 16- Your favorite episode
I love this episode because 1). It was back when Kurt's crush on Finn was kinda cute, rather than kinda creepy.
2). The Rachel and Will storyline was so funny, and led to this moment:
3). Suzy Pepper!
4). It gave us our first insighty into why Quinn was the way she was, making her character more redeemable. Seriously, this was the first episode I thought Quinn could be a character I actually liked.
Generally, I thought Ballad was funny, cute, kinda emotional - basically everything I love about Glee. As a bonus, check out the FABERRY EYESECKS:

Day 16 - Your favorite Skins finale
Again, I think I've talked about this a lot throughout the memes. But, it was really sad, I loved pretty much everyone's ending, and Jal was just incredible.

Day 16 - What is the absolute worst pairing?
I considered choosing Finchel for this, but these two are even worse. I adored Tara so much, and shipped her with Willow pretty much from the start. Their relationship was amazing, and despite Marti Noxon almost ruining them (tidbit: while googling her name to see how it was spelt, I found out that 'marti noxon ruined buffy' was the third most popular result. This has restored my faith in the internet.), I still loved them in season 6. As such, Tara's death devastated me.
It added insult to injury when half a season later Willow got involved with some less hot, less badass and much more annoying version of Faith that she had no chemistry with. Her name was Kennedy. I loathe her, and it pisses me off that they ended the series together.
