Do you watch "Torchwood"? Why or why not?

I still haven't seen the fourth series, "Miracle Day", because it has yet to show up on Netflix. I've watched the rest, though, for a variety of reasons:

1. I like John Barrowman.
2. The characters do crossover occasionally with the main Doctor Who storyline.
3. The quality is uneven, but some of them are quite good.
