Episode One, Part One
This is a British series I recently discovered and watched. It's called Misfits, and it's about a group of people doing community service work (for various offenses) who gain strange powers (some more useful than others) during a bizarre storm. There are thirteen episodes in all (two seasons of six episodes each, and a Christmas special). They're all here. (Some NSFW content; in America, it would probably get a TV-MA rating.)
