Chinese phylsophy

I was introduced today to the writings of Lao Tze. I understood most of what they said. The person who showed me the book said that Lao Tze was the founder of the Chinese civilization (of which I know nothing about). The teachings looked very interesting. They did enforce my theory that some of the phylosophies were trying to utilize facts about the universe into the Earthly life (with that level of success or another).

On a totally another note, why the hell there are fireworks outside?

Well, back to the original topic: there seem to be laws of the universe and there is nothing to do about that. The issue is probably that we don't know how to use them correctly and we don't perceive them correctly. But the issue is that whether or not we perceive them correctly, they are still there and they are doing their thing.

Anyway, Lao Tze said very cool things, and when I'll have the book again I'll probably post some of them. Because they are cool like that :D

Interestingly, is that I received the book just in time when I pondered about these issues. It did made things clear for me. What I am trying to say is that knowing how the universe works helps you to see things more clear. (And of course I am aware that every phylosophy goes through a filter of the author, the translator, and the reader).

personal, phylosophy
